Who is a "Private eye manager"

For us a "to be cool manager" is a man or a woman who hold an important position in their company; and have developed innovation projects. They are less than 50 years of age and show respect for their employees, the environment and manage their business in a highly ethical way.

How we choose our "Private eye" managers

Every year we publish the stories of 12 "to be cool" managers. Six women and six men. We organise a photoshoot with them and with the help of a professional photographer in their country. Alongside the photos we publish an interview. The candidates are indicated to us by three referents who guarantee the compliance with the criteria listed above. All the dossiers will be analyzed by the editorial board of the magazine. The selected candidate will be contacted within three months after publication.
