Co-moderator of Work Style Creative Talks with Massimo Temporelli is Stefano Guandalini, civil engineer working for the Swiss company Itecsa, with headquarters in Lugano.

Our goal is to identify similarities between certain working world phenomena and certain processes studied in physics and other sciences in order to exploit the latter’s tools, models and solutions to understand the former.

To do this, we will work in a multidisciplinary environment, using a variety of professionals, from university researchers to business managers, to the creative resources of different fields from architecture to design.
